Consultancy

I am always open for discussion about consultancy work especially in the fields of new food ranges, packaging, marketing, menus and restaurants, especially the profitability thereof. I am also very interested in staff training and motivation, as well as target markets, location, overheads, etc, etc. But please understand that I will only get involved in a properly contracted, remunerated way – and I will only work directly with, and reporting directly to, company principals – not henchmen striving to hide their inadequacies and determined to resist change! Tough-talking, maybe, but life is too short (well, mine is!)
